ABOUT ME

My journey with Courtney started with a phone call mid year of 2021. I have always been very conscious of my health but never my own spirituality. Coming off a break up and also dealing with much deep rooted trauma for many years, I decided to explore new ways of healing and transforming my own self so that I was a better person for myself and others around me. Courtney’s guidance and care has been a major part of my transformation. The medicine protocols that she delivers to her clients come from a place of experience and love. A year on, I am a completely different person. More patient, move aware, more relaxed, more happy and more importantly more aware and understanding of my own triggers and circumstances when I need to take time for self care. I still to this day use Courtney’s expertise in my spiritual journey and do not see that ending as long as we are both on this earth together. Big thanks and love.

I will begin with saying that my experience journeying, facilitated by Courtney was one of the most beautifully metamorphic moments of my life so far. Any fears or reservations were softly alleviated by the thorough explanation of the process of the journey itself, which was provided before meeting with the medicine. I came into my personal journey feeling stuck, utterly hopeless, and deprived of any sense of my life’s purpose. The process of beginning my journey was as comfortable as one could wish for in the face of the inevitable enlightenment I was seeking. I was brought to the centre of my subconscious without my ego limiting my understanding of the information being provided. I remained fully immersed in my journey the entire duration, and found I was gifted with numerous answers to the questions I wasn’t previously ready to ask myself. I essentially felt free of all earthly and physical chains that held my soul back from exploring the potentials it so desperately craved. I experienced ego death and a blissful rebirth, where I truly witnessed the gravity of earths divinity through all her elements. I found reaffirmations to lessons I had previously learned, but had not completely allowed myself to accept. This brought me to understanding and absorbing the responsibility of my life’s purpose. I have since continued on my path towards pursuing and fulfilling the work of my heart. The hardships that I have faced since my experience have been easier to navigate with more optimism and emotional confidence. Fear plays a much less significant role in my life , and instead I firmly believe in my own healing. I will be returning to Courtney in the future for further work, and I am eternally grateful for the gifts she possesses. With all the love in my heart -Nick

This particular protocol and medicine journey transported me further into what i would say is similar to what can be experienced with a long-standing, deep meditation practice, BUT MORE. this journey helped healed me in ways that almost 18 years [half my life] of therapy, medication, and every other "healing modality" in-between could not. 

My experience sky rocketed me past my loud ego, limiting beliefs, and sticky conditioned programming. in the weeks afterward, i noticed a greater capacity for space in between my usual reactions, more emotional regulation, and a higher sense of trust and love within myself. science will argue that new neural pathways were created, and i noticed. i felt more connected and that my life had more meaning to it. i noticed less resistance to what is and more acceptance. all fear, judgement, and pain was wiped off the back of my brain; it was like cleaning a dirty mirror.

When in the ceremony, i had my eyes peeled back in the very best way and my heart removed, inflated, and gently placed back inside. it feels like my lungs breathe deeper and easier, slower, cleaner. the medicine allowed me to clearly see societal patterns, cycles, and vibrations, including some of my own patterns and cycles without the narrative or egoic mind behind it. i became everything and nothing; i was no longer me. i travelled to other places entirely, and not just in my mind, but as a LIVED and FELT experience [which hey, the brain can't tell the difference]. what a beautiful relief that is to experience!

Medicine journey is what i consider to be the future way of travel: a vacation for your mind. and, did my nervous system also ever need it! a break, some respite from the constant human suffering, a soft space to land that will create room for new input, insights, emotions, connectedness, oneness, and greater empathy. this is something i wish every single person on earth to experience and know.

This is deep work; not a new identity or a spiritual bypass. in this, i have been gifted a greater knowing of the tender, delicate layers of life, the peeling back, dissolution, and integration back to this earthly plain. after a ceremony is where the real work begins and continues.

As a high-functioning often depressed and suicidal person for most of my life, struggling with ptsd, i can say this medicine has shown me more healing than anything else i have tried. i trust in it, i trust the process. i am grateful for what is has taught me and endeavour to continue to explore how it gives us this very needed, very necessary catalyzing connection with the self, nature, and the cosmos.

Courtney gave me reassurance and the confidence that I needed to truly face my inner self. Ive struggled with depression and anxiety for years and I figured this was the time to try something different. I’ve never had an experience like this before so I wasn’t sure what to expect.

I would say this was the most beautiful and surreal experience I’ve ever had. I came to terms with a lot of baggage and feelings I didn’t know I was suppressing for so long. I realized what was really important to me and my mental health.

I was surprised with how impactful my experience with Courtney was after my session. She was there to listen and talk with me when I woke up. Her guidance and care continued even post experience with post care check in’s.

I have a new outlook on life and I’ve never been more in touch and inspired by my own spirituality until now. I would recommend Courtney and this experience to everyone and anyone looking to change themselves for the better
